Pricing questions
Why charge once instead of subscribing?
Most families take one big Disney trip every few years. Charging a subscription for software you use intensely for ten weeks and then forget about felt wrong. One-off keeps the incentives clean: we earn the money when we ship something valuable, not when you forget to cancel.
Can I share access with my partner?
Yes. Single trip allows up to 4 people on one trip, each with their own sign-in but reading and editing the same trip data. Useful when one half of a couple plans and the other half just wants to know what time dinner is.
How do refunds work?
Within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked, as long as you haven't yet unlocked the booking-morning surface. After that, the planning value has been delivered and we can't refund.
Why pounds instead of dollars?
We're a UK product for UK families. Stripe takes the GBP charge directly. Inside the app, restaurant costs are shown in GBP and USD so you can see both — but you only pay us in pounds.
£19 intro. £25 at launch. Once. That's it.
