Florida Planned is sold as a one-off purchase per trip by CyProtec Ltd, trading as Florida Planned.
14-day cooling-off period
Under UK consumer law you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase during which you may request a full refund — provided you have not yet started using the planning canvas.
Once you have used the canvas
Because the value of Florida Planned is delivered as soon as you begin planning, once you have started using the canvas (adding days, items, or wishlist entries) the service is treated as supplied and the right to a cooling-off refund no longer applies. By starting to use the canvas within the 14-day period you acknowledge this.
How to request a refund
Email hello@floridaplanned.com from the address associated with your purchase. Eligible refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days.
Faults
If the service is faulty or not as described, your statutory rights are unaffected and you may be entitled to a refund regardless of usage. Contact us and we will put it right.
