Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Florida Planned, a trip-planning service operated by CyProtec Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (trading as Florida Planned). This is an early version pending formal legal review; if anything here is unclear, email hello@floridaplanned.com.

The service

Florida Planned is a planning tool for trips to central Florida. It helps you shape a trip itinerary, build a dining and attraction wishlist, and prepare for booking windows. It does not book restaurants, attractions, or travel on your behalf, and is not affiliated with Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, or any other park or travel operator.

Your account and payment

Access is sold per trip for a one-off fee shown at checkout in GBP. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we do not store your card details.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access where these terms are breached.

Accuracy of information

We work to keep restaurant, attraction, and dining-plan information accurate, but details change frequently and we cannot guarantee they are always current. Florida Planned is a planning aid; you are responsible for verifying booking windows, prices, and availability with the relevant operator.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CyProtec Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, including missed bookings, travel costs, or changes made by third-party operators. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
